Summer In The City

Somedays it feels like everything here is romantic.

Apologies for my vagueness

Apologies for my vagueness

I wish this came out clearer.  On this workperson’s trailer thing, someone’s written in slopey handwriting: and in the end the love you take // is equal to the love you make.

You’re a sucker for romance. You’d best be careful.

They should teach the avoidance of lovesickness in health class.

Your blog is so cute. I really like it.

New York City is amazing like that. Most people talk about the craziness and the hype of NYC. But, I think of roses sold on the corners scenting the air in summer, produce stands let the sun finish rippening the fruit, every winter day looking like a scene from a movie, and every block a community in and of itself. Never been to any other place like it. 🙂

    Thanks so much arielle!

Yes, it’s completely different to how I imagined before I moved. I’m so lucky to live in the West Village, it’s got the best neighbourhood vibe, everything just like you’ve said.
